Keep in mind common areas are private property maintained by the HOA and available for homeowner use

Be aware of neighborhood speed and noise

Do not dispose of yard waste or lawn bags in common areas and take care of debris left in the road after lawn clean-up

Clean up after your dog(s)

Be mindful of parking vehicles in the road - especially on corners and near hydrants
